This week is part 2 of Avoiding Excuses! Bobby was talking to a sales manager friend of his and they shared as the new year is starting they keep hearing a bunch of excuses. And that created this series. If you are in sales, you have either thought about these or heard others use them. Hopefully, we provide a few tips to avoid using them yourself! Enjoy! Here are the four excuses we cover this week:
- There is way too much internal work, not enough time in the field.
- 8 meetings a week is WAY TOO many!
- Marketing isn’t doing their job!
- Our process stinks, no one is bought in!
