Mark Cuban’s Business Advice
Mark Cuban has built quite an empire over the years via Shark Tank and other means. Many don’t know that his job was in technology sales. He worked for Your Business Software, one of the earliest PC software retailers in Dallas. He quickly moved to start his own company, MicroSolutions, as a system integrator and software reseller.
Mark has openly talked about the most underrated skill of being nice (link to his video here).
“I went through my own metamorphosis, if you will. Early on in my career, I was like bam, bam, bam, bam, bam — I might curse. I might get mad. And then I just got to the point — I wouldn’t have wanted to do business with me when I was in my 20s.
“And so I had to change, and I did, and it really paid off.”
